Meie privaatsuspoliitika põhimõtted

Wild OÜ on võtnud endale kohustuse kaitsta klientide ja kasutajate privaatsust. Sellest lähtuvalt oleme koostanud käesolevad privaatsuspoliitika põhimõtted, mis käsitlevad kliendi andmete kogumist, kasutamist, avaldamist, edastamist ja talletamist. Meie tegevus internetis on kooskõlas kõigi asjakohaste tegevuste ja vastavate Euroopa Liidu õigusaktide ja Eesti Vabariigi seadustega. Leia natuke aega ja tutvu meie privaatsuspõhimõtetega.

 

Isikuandmete kogumine ja kasutamine

 

Wild OÜ on isikuandmete vastutav töötleja.

Isikuandmed on Sinu, kui eraisikuga konkreetselt või kaudselt seostatavad andmed, mida Wild OÜ kogub ja töötleb üksikisikuga sõlmitud lepingu täitmiseks või temaga ühenduse võtmiseks ning seadustest tulenevate kohustuste täitmiseks.

 

Püsikliendi isikuandmete kogumine võib toimuda alljärgnevatel viisidel:

 

• kontaktandmete (sh sinu nimi, isikukood, postiaadress, telefoninumber, e-posti aadress, eelistatud kontakteerumisviis) esitamisel  meie veebisaidil;

• veebisaidi kasutamisel kliendi kontoinfost või küpsiste (cookies) kaudu

• ostu või tellimuse sooritamisel meie lehel või e-poes isiku kontaktandmete või ostueelistusi puudutavate andmete  talletamisel  (Wild OÜ võib paluda teatud kodulehe aladel vabatahtlikult esitada isikuandmeid ja personaalset informatsiooni. Nõutavad isikuandmed võivad sisaldada nime, aadressi, postiindeksit, e-posti aadressi, telefoninumbrit ja teisi andmeid);

 

Muude andmete kogumine

 

Võime koguda ka andmeid klienditegevuste kohta meie veebisaidil. Need andmed koondatakse ja neid kasutatakse selleks, et saaksime klientidele edastada kasulikumat teavet ja saaksime teada, millised veebisaidi, toodete ja teenuste osad on kõige huvipakkuvamad. Koondandmeid käsitletakse selles privaatsuspoliitikas isikustamata andmetena.

 

Kogutud isikuandmete kasutamine ja säilitamine

 

Kogutud isikuandmeid kasutame kliendi ees võetud kohustuste täitmiseks.

 

Privaatsuspoliitika tingimustega nõustumisel annab klient Wild OÜ-le nõusoleku enda andmete automatiseeritud töötlemiseks. Võid alati oma nõusoleku tagasi võtta meie kodulehe vahendusel või kirjalikku taasesitamist võimaldavas vormis avalduse tegemisega. Tagasiulatuvat jõudu avaldusel ega nõusoleku tagasivõtmisel ei ole.

 

Kliendi paremaks teenindamiseks võib Wild OÜ avaldada teavet üksikute kasutajate kohta kolmandale osapoolele, kes osutab Wild OÜ-le teenuseid ning on lepinguga kohustunud hoidma jagatud teavet konfidentsiaalsena. Kolmandaks osapooleks on näiteks meie partner, kelle ülesanneteks on kodulehel renditavate toodete transport rentnikuni.

 

Kliendi isikuandmeid säilitab Wild OÜ kuni lepingusuhte lõpetamiseni. Andmeid, mida Wild OÜ on kohustatud säilitama õigusaktidest tulenevalt (nt. raamatupidamisandmed), säilitab Wild OÜ õigusaktides sätestatud nõuetest lähtuvalt.

 

Isikuandmete kaitse

 

Wild OÜ rakendab kõiki ettevaatusabinõusid (sh administratiivsed, tehnilised ja füüsilised meetmed) kliendi isikuandmete kaitsmiseks. Juurdepääs andmete muutmiseks ja töötlemiseks on ainult selleks volitatud isikutel.

 

Kui kahtlustad, et Sinu isikuandmetega on toimitud vastupidiselt käesolevas privaatsuspoliitikas kirjeldatule või on oht, et Sinu andmed on lekkinud võõrastele isikutele, anna meile sellest koheselt teada. Ainult nii saame hoida potentsiaalse kahju võimalikult väikesena.

 

Kliendil on õigus nõuda oma andmete töötlemise lõpetamist, teavet andmete kasutamise kohta ning andmete edastamist endale või kolmandale isikule üldkasutatavas vormingus. Vältimaks kliendi andmete ja õiguste väärkasutust on taotlusi lubatud esitada üksnes vormis, kus taotleja isik on tuvastatav (digitaalselt allkirjastatud või esinduses isiklikult allkirjastatud). Meil on õigus sellistele taotlustele vastata 30 päeva jooksul.

 

Andmete töötlemise lõpetamise nõuet käsitleme püsikliendi lepingu lõpetamise avaldusena.

 

Turvalisus

 

Kõik Wild OÜ kodulehele külastamise ja tellimuse sooritamise käigus teatavaks saanud kliendi isikuandmeid käsitletakse kui konfidentsiaalset infot.

 

Privaatsuspoliitika tingimused ja muudatused

 

Meie veebisaiti kasutama asudes või püsikliendi avalduse täitmisel oled käesolevate põhimõtete ja tingimustega tutvunud ning nendega nõustunud. Jätame endale õiguse vajadusel privaatsuspoliitika üldtingimusi muuta, teavitades sellest kõiki püsikliente, kuid anname oma parima, et hoida meie privaatsuspoliitika ajakohase ja Sinule kättesaadavana meie kodulehel.

Sul on alati õigus pöörduda oma andmete kaitsmiseks Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni või kohtu poole. Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni näol on tegemist riikliku asutusega, mille poole on võimalik pöörduda ka isikuandmete kaitse teemadel konsultatsiooni või abi saamiseks.
